Step 1 โ Photo of the data plate
First, what kind of appliance is it? Then take a photo of its data plate (the sticker with the model & serial numbers).
- Fill the frame with just the plate โ get close, one plate per photo.
- Straight-on. Door-frame plates often run sideways โ turn your phone to match the text.
- Watch the glare โ shade the plate with your other hand if the light bounces off it.
- One good shot catches it all: brand, model, serial โ and the manufacture date printed on the plate.
Step 2 โ Check we read it right
That photo didn't come through โ try again. Nothing was saved from it. You can retake it now, or type the details in below.
We couldn't read that plate. Retake it closer and straighter โ fill the frame with just the plate, avoid glare, and try to catch the whole plate including the printed manufacture date โ or type the model and serial in below. The photo itself is saved with this appliance either way.
We filled in what we could from the photo. Fix anything that looks off โ the serial number matters most, it's how we find your warranty.
Bosch: your date lives in the FD number โ please include these exactly as printed.
Step 3 โ Receipt (optional)
Have the receipt or invoice? A photo helps us prove purchase date for warranty claims. You can skip this and add it later.

Its record โ warranty, maintenance history and all โ moved with it, so there's nothing left to track here. If this appliance is yours again, add it from its data plate and its record will move back.
